These terms and conditions apply to purchases from Domain Beds Pty. Ltd made on this website and through Ebay auctions.

1. Orders & Delivery

Domain Beds will confirm your order, but delivery of each item is still subject to its availability at the place and on the day your order is sourced and packed. If goods are not available on the delivery day, they will not be delivered as part of your order. Domain Air will contact you to let you know of the product's unavailability, and you will not be charged for this product.

Subject to their availability, Domain Beds will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order within next 10 business days or on the date specified by Domain Beds at the time of order.

A person must be at your delivery address to accept the goods on delivery.
If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive your order when it is delivered, Domain Air will contact you to arrange another delivery day and time when notified by the courier company responsible for delivery of your unit.

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

2. Returns & Refunds

When a product you purchased from Domain Beds is found to be defective or faulty, Domain Beds will gladly exchange the product or provide a full refund.

If you change your mind about a product or you're not happy with a product you purchased from Domain Air for any reason. Domain Beds will happily exchange it or refund your money provided the product is in its original packaging, Domain Beds has a record of your purchase or you can provide proof of purchase. You should email orders@Domain Beds.com.au to arrange an exchange or refund.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by email only (orders@domainbeds.com.au). However, orders cannot be cancelled once the order is in transit to the customer's premises. In these circumstances, customers must accept the order upon delivery, but may contact Domain Beds after delivery to arrange a return of the goods. If the unit was purchased on Ebay, and you no longer require or want the unit, a $30 cancellation fee is payable for charges associated with your auction. Failure to pay this fee may result in bad feedback being left against your Ebay username.

4. Prices & Payment

For each order, you will be charged the applicable price listed on the website for the relevant goods on the day the order is submitted. A freight charge is added per item to the total price.

Payment for products ordered through Domain Beds may be made by credit card or Domain Air account. Payments are made via Paymate Express that uses the highest commercially available standard in online encryption. During the payment process, you will leave the Domain Beds website and enter the Paymate website to make your transaction. When your payment has been confirmed, you will return to the Domain Air website and an email will be sent to you confirming your order.

5. Product Images

Domain Beds aims to include up-to-date product images of selected goods on the website. However, the product image may differ from the actual goods.

6. Changes

Domain Beds may add to, remove or change anything on this website, from time to time.

7. Privacy

Any personal information submitted by you when purchasing from Domain Beds will be treated confidentially, but may be used by Domain Beds for marketing purposes and/or to assist us in improving service to you.

Domain Beds does not rent or sell personal information about customers or customer lists to third parties. Domain Beds reserves the right to disclose aggregated information regarding its customers (but not details concerning an individual) and usage of the Domain Air service to business partners for various purposes. Where Domain Beds contains links to other websites, Domain Air makes no representations and accepts no responsibility for the content on those sites or the accuracy of information contained on those sites. Please take care at all times to check whose site you are visiting.

9. Copyright

The contents of this web site are copyright. Without limitation, this includes all graphics, text and layout. Other than as may be permitted by the Copyright Act, no part of this web site may, in any form or by any means, be reproduced, modified, adapted or reused without the permission of the copyright owner.

10. Warranties & Liabilities

Domain Air will pass on to the customer any warranties given by the manufacturer in relation to a particular product but, other than as implied by law, makes no warranties in relation to products available for purchase on the website. Domain Beds' liability to customers will be limited to the cost of replacing the goods or obtaining equivalent goods or the cost of having the goods repaired.
